Chef Kim Grimont, a graduate of "Onim" Cooking School, learned his cooking skills with
renowned Chef Rafi Yefet (who is currently the supervisor of cooking studies on behalf of the
Ministry of Labour). Chef Kim has participated in several culinary training programs in Israel and
around the world.
During his career, he has gained extensive experience in the cooking world in leading
restaurants and hotels that he has worked in, among them the exclusive Two Michelin-starred
"Swan" restaurant in Brussels, Ginger Eilat, Daniel Herzliya, Royal Beach Eilat and more.
During the last decade he has taught and shared his extensive knowledge with students at the
Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Eilat which facilitates the International Culinary School for
Hotels & Tourism. Chef Kim also teaches a variety of cooking and baking classes.
